My first appointment (1220 Dermacare) wasn’t the best experience, as I was only assigned for laser treatment. I was advised to call back in autumn after the dermatologist’s vacation, but when I did, I was told that the doctor was no longer part of the clinic and that I would be placed on a waiting list. After waiting for months without any follow-up, I decided to reach out via email.
Thankfully, Dermacare in the 1st district stepped in. Thanks to their reception team, I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a skin doctor in Austria. I’ve visited several dermatologists before and often felt disappointed by the lack of time and understanding for my skin concerns.
However, Dr. Alica Píšteková completely changed that. She was very thorough, took photos, clearly explained my skin issues, and created a structured treatment plan with prescriptions. For the first time, I feel hopeful about improving my skin. Thank you!
A big thank you as well to the reception team for being so kind and helping resolve my situation. I will definitely book another appointment after summer.
