Dr. Cermak works with state-of-the-art laser technology. Before the procedure, an analgesic cream is applied in the treatment area, the femilift CO2 laser is inserted vaginally using an applicator and the laser beam is activated. By turning the handpiece, the skin is completely hit by the laser centimeter by centimeter, in a radius of 360 degrees. The thermal force of the laser is applied to the connective tissue layer below the mucosa, the so-called submucosa. Here the collagen production is activated, thereby promoting blood circulation, tightening the connective tissue and stimulating the entire mucosa to renew itself.
The treatment with the laser is almost painless, lasts about 30 minutes and is performed on an outpatient basis.

Treatment procedure of the Femilift laser treatment
1. Anamnesis Questionnaire
The treatment procedure for a vaginal tightening or vaginal rejuvenation in Vienna with Dermacare is explained in detail below. An anamnesis questionnaire is completed before each initial treatment. This enables possible risks to be identified and prevented.
2. Consultation
First of all, there will be a detailed preliminary talk with the specialist Dr. Cermak, during which you will be able to discuss everything that burdens you in your daily life. Pain during sexual intercourse, problems after giving birth or during menopause, urine loss during sports: Dr. Cermak deals with everything respectfully. Prepare yourself for the interview and speak openly about your wishes and expectations.
3. Treatment
After a consultation, you can take a comfortable seat on the treatment chair.
An approximately 3cm thick applicator is carefully inserted into the vagina. Dr. Cermak starts the treatment. The laser now produces tiny "injuries" in the vagina, which are perceived as not unpleasant heat. The heat leads to the desired tightening of the collagen fibres and the tissue is stimulated to renew and thicken. This results in a successful vaginal rejuvenation.

4. After the Femilift treatment
