Discover our specialist medical services in detail – from mole checks to the treatment of bacterial skin conditions.
As part of mole checks and skin cancer screening, the experienced dermatologists at Dermacare carry out a detailed, comprehensive and precise examination of all skin changes across the entire body. The skin is examined macroscopically and microscopically using a digital magnifying lens (digital dermoscopy).
Digital dermoscopy, in which a magnifying lens with digital storage is used to record moles and other skin changes, not only makes it easier to decide immediately on further diagnostic or treatment steps, but also allows simple, regular follow-up monitoring (observation) as part of skin cancer screening.
Mole checks and skin cancer screening with digital dermoscopy – a detailed, macroscopic and microscopic examination of all skin changes across the entire body.
Neurodermatitis (atopic dermatitis) is a chronic skin condition that often begins in childhood. Diagnosis is evidence-based and takes place during a detailed initial examination and medical history.
Fungal infections such as skin fungus, athlete's foot, nail fungus or scalp fungus should be assessed by a specialist doctor even in seemingly clear-cut cases.
Hair loss and ingrown toenails are treated as dermatological conditions in their own right – diagnosis is made by dermoscopic analysis of hair and nails.
Scaly skin can have many causes – from psoriasis and neurodermatitis to fungal infections and seborrhoeic eczema. Diagnosis is made by visual examination and dermatoscope.
Removal of fibromas, papillomas, warts and moles by ablation, incision or surgery – with or without local anaesthetic, with or without stitches, directly on site.
Bacterial skin conditions such as impetigo, folliculitis, abscesses or boils are diagnosed and treated by a specialist doctor.
Professional treatment
For a first-class aesthetic result, the doctor’s experience in diagnosis and treatment is crucial. The specialists at Dermacare have the relevant additional qualifications and extensive experience, which is why we can look back on satisfied clients and excellent treatment results.
