Who wouldn't want a fresher complexion, smooth skin and an even skin tone? Yet stress, sun exposure, environmental pollution and the natural ageing process often leave skin looking tired and uneven. Fine lines, blemishes or pigment spots can dent self-confidence. This is exactly where a professional peel in Vienna comes in. It helps the skin to regain clarity, stimulates its regeneration and brings back its natural radiance.
But what exactly does a peel do, and why is this treatment worth having at Dermacare Vienna?

Answer a few short questions, with a photo if you like, and receive a personal assessment from our specialists within 24 hours. Free and without obligation.
What a professional peel is, which variants Dermacare offers and what characterises a peel.
A peel is a targeted skin renewal treatment that removes dead skin cells and stimulates the deeper layers of the skin. This encourages new cell formation, cleanses the pores and visibly refines the skin's appearance. While the skin renews itself naturally about every 28 days, a peel can support and intensify this process. The result: smoother, softer, younger-looking skin.
At Dermacare Vienna, only professional peels are used, tailored individually to your skin's needs, whether for wrinkles, acne, pigmentation disorders or sun damage. The treatment is carried out under medical supervision using state-of-the-art medical-cosmetic methods.
Unlike conventional peels from the drugstore, which usually act only on the surface, professional peels penetrate deeper into the skin. They work where the skin's structure is formed and can therefore improve not only its appearance but also its health, with lasting benefits for the skin.
Depending on your skin type and goals, Dermacare offers a choice of different peels:
The combination of cleansing, regeneration and stimulation makes the peel a true all-rounder in skincare. Once dead skin cells have been removed, active ingredients can be absorbed better, and the skin becomes more receptive, finer-pored and smoother. At the same time, circulation is stimulated, resulting in a rosy, vital complexion.
A peel can also specifically improve skin concerns such as acne, thickened skin or pigmentation disorders. Particularly in combination with medically tested products, as used at Dermacare Vienna, the treatments achieve long-lasting results.
At the Dermacare clinic in Vienna, peel treatments are carried out exclusively by experienced specialists under medical supervision. Every skin is different, which is why a personal consultation takes place before each treatment, in which your skin condition, goals and wishes are analysed. The peel that suits you best is then selected individually.
Another advantage is the use of preparations such as NeoStrata. These preparations are very well tolerated and medically tested. This gives you maximum safety together with noticeable results. After the peel, your skin feels soft, smooth and refreshed.
Whether on the face, neck or décolletage, a professional peel in Vienna at Dermacare is the ideal way to restore radiance and a youthful look to the skin. It helps to clear blemishes, soften fine lines and renew the skin from within.
True beauty begins with healthy skin, and sometimes a little gentle support is all it takes to make it glow again. Arrange a consultation today and soon enjoy silky-smooth skin.

Treatment with the PQAge serum leads to immediate skin tightening with a lifting effect. The skin becomes more elastic and the great advantage is that the treatment can be done all year round.
Professional treatment
All of our medically trained employees have corresponding additional training. We can therefore look back on satisfied clients and excellent results with the PQAge peel.
Individual consultation
Our specialists will be happy to advise you in an informative consultation and respond to your wishes. In a detailed discussion, you will receive an individual assessment of the expected treatment success and everything you should know about the procedure and the aftercare.
The peel can burn, hurt or itch for a few minutes. Afterwards the skin is red, and the peeling is part of the effect. Do not plan any important appointments afterwards.
The treatment procedure for a PQAge peel in Vienna at Dermacare is explained in detail below. Before every first treatment, a medical history questionnaire is completed. This allows possible risks to be identified and prevented.
First, a preliminary discussion takes place with a specialist. Prepare for the discussion and speak openly about your wishes and expectations.
The face, neck and décolleté are degreased and cleansed with a special cleanser. The skin is then dried and the PQAge serum is applied. The peel is massaged in until it has been completely absorbed by the skin. After a short time, the product is removed with damp cotton pads and the skin is dried thoroughly. This process is repeated 2-3 times. A finishing care product is then applied.
The treatment takes between 30 and 50 minutes.
The treatment should be repeated after 2 weeks. In total, up to 6 sessions should be carried out. It is recommended to repeat the treatment cycle after 6 months.
The treatment is carried out by our medically trained team under medical supervision — with the relevant additional training and many years of experience.

The fruit acid peel has antibacterial, sebum-regulating and regenerating effects. It loosens old layers of dead skin, supports the healing of inflammation and provides a smoother, more even complexion – without irritating the skin unnecessarily.
The anti-acne facial treatment is suitable for teenagers and adults with acne, blemished skin, enlarged pores or oily, problem-prone skin. The treatment can also have a supportive effect on hormonal acne or stubborn skin blemishes.
This depends mainly on the size of the area to be treated. The pre-treatment consultation lasts about 30 minutes. The treatment itself takes between 30 and 60 minutes, in individual cases even longer.
A medical peel is a highly effective procedure that must not be confused with a peel at home or at the beautician's. The acids used are far more concentrated and potent. The skin must therefore be accustomed gradually to the fruit acids. After several weeks of pre-treatment at home, we begin – depending on skin type and procedure – with a 10-20% solution and increase by 10% each week up to approx. 50-70%. During the treatment itself, the skin is first degreased and cleansed. The fruit acid is then applied. After the prescribed exposure time, the fruit acid is washed off or neutralised. During and after the treatment, the skin may burn and feel hot. This sensation disappears once the acids have been neutralised. After hours to days, the skin peels to a greater or lesser extent, and this lasts for a few days.
The fruit acid peel itself can burn, sting and itch for a few minutes. Afterwards, depending on the method used, the skin is more or less strongly reddened. The redness after a superficial peel is hardly noticeable after a few hours. Peeling of the skin afterwards is also a normal, expected effect. In the days immediately after the peel, no important social or professional engagements should therefore be planned. Other side effects are rare, such as fine scarring in very sensitive skin, pigment shifts (lightening or darkening of the skin), longer-lasting itching or tingling, and skin infections. Smoking and sun greatly increase the risk of side effects, which is why both should be avoided during and after the treatment.
In many cases this is possible and also makes sense. Pre-treatment with botulinum toxin can be useful when a peel is used to smooth wrinkles. Dermal filler injections after a peel can also further improve the result achieved.
We will get back to you within 24 hours by phone or email. Non-binding — you decide afterwards.
