How laser tattoo removal works
The sensation of the laser treatment is similar to getting the tattoo. The area is air-cooled, and a numbing cream can be applied beforehand on request.

Cooling of the tattoo

The number depends on various factors: amateur tattoo or professionally done, colour and colour composition, size and nature, depth and density, responsiveness of the lymphatic system and aftercare. As a rule, results are seen after every treatment, as the tattoo gradually fades. Several treatments are always required for complete removal.

There should be about six weeks between treatments to allow the skin and immune system to recover. It is important that the wound has healed completely before the next treatment can take place.
