Today she is responsible for Human Resources and company culture. With her academic background in psychology and Traditional Chinese Medicine, she brings a holistic perspective to her leadership.

Her focus is on team development, staff support and building an appreciative working environment. With her many years of experience, she advises the team and ensures that the company's values are lived in everyday work.
