Minela Biserovic has been part of Dermacare since 2013 – today, as Branch Manager, she runs the day-to-day operations of our institute with great experience, heart and structure. She is the central link between the team, the doctors and the management, and ensures that all processes run smoothly. With strong leadership, clarity and a service-oriented approach, she makes sure that medical quality, client satisfaction and efficient workflows work together perfectly.

Minela leads the team with a fine instinct for people and situations. Even in challenging moments she stays solution-oriented, calm and focused – making her a pillar of Dermacare's daily operations.
